My health journey has been a thrilling ride of self-improvement. The more candles on my cake, the more I’ve dialed up my commitment to wellness. I’m an avid runner and a gym buff, pushing limits with every workout.
Taming my mind
Five years ago, I discovered the quiet power of meditation—twice daily one-hour sessions that have boosted my well-being to new heights, mentally and physically. I love hanging out with my meditation tribe. Adrian is one of them.
Foodie at heart
Switching to a whole food plant-based diet 6 months ago was a game-changer, supercharging my energy and enhancing my fitness routine. I can whip up a delicious plant-based meal in no time.
Stepping up
My smartwatch tracks my steps. Which has gone from 7,000 to 19,000. It tracks my sleep and I seem to do very well there. ( who does not like to snooze?)
